Knitters from all over the world have fallen in love with this yarn: "Reborn Jeans" by Kremke Soul Wool is made of recycled Jeans clothes and consists of 70% cotton, 25% polyester and 5% other fibers – and it is so soft! A perfect choice for shawls, hats and garments in that really cool denim look. The colors range – as denim clothing does – from light blue to steel blue to light and dark gray. And with a meterage of 300 m per 100 g it knits up quickly enough! As with all denim, the color may rub off a little bit when handling. Also, make sure to wash and hang your swatch to dry if you are planning to make a garment. The yarn structure is similar to woolen spun and should be knit without using a lot of force.

Every summer I find myself suddenly without anything hand-knit to wear – even the biggest wool-lovers among us will have to admit that Merino tends to lose its appeal once it’s 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit) or more.
