Thank you for your interest in our online-shop. We value your privacy and protect it. Here we want to inform you about our treatment of your data. Please note, that as a German company we are regulated by German law and this document serves as an informative translation of the legally binding German text only.

1.     Accessing our site and Hosting Information:

You may visit our site without leaving any information about your personal data. With each access, our webserver automatically saves only a so called „server log-file“. This file includes for example the accessed files, your IP-address, date and time of the access, transferred data amounts as well as requesting provider.

This information is only collected to assure a functioning operation of the website as well as to improve the technical or operational performance of our offer. The collection of this information is in line with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO where after careful consideration of interests we have the predominant rightful interest to secure a correct presentation of our offer. Server data is deleted seven days after your site visit.

Third party hosting provider
We are using a third party to host our website through a contract data processing agreement. This also is in line with - after careful consideration of interests - our predominant rightful interest to secure a correct presentation and operation of our offer. All data that is provided during the use of our website, our forms or as part of the online shop will be processed on their servers as described below. Data processing on other servers is only performed if described below.

Our hosting provider is located in the European Union.

2. Data collection and processing as part of contract fulfillment and during opening of a customer account

We only collect your personal data if you give it to us voluntarily as part of your order, when you contact us (through contact form or email etc.) or if you open a customer account in our shop. Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely need this information to fulfill your order, work on your request or open a customer account and you will otherwise not be able to place your order or open an account, contact us etc. The details of the collected data can be seen as the required fields in the relevant forms. We use your data according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO to fulfill your contract and requests. After complete fulfillment of your contract or after deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted to further use and deleted after the required legal and taxation periods have expired – unless you have explicitly agreed to a continued use of your data beyond this point in a matter that is compliant with current law and which we have informed you about in this document. It is always possible to delete your customer account, please contact us through the contact information in the Impressum.

3. Data transfer

To properly fulfill your contract, we provide relevant data to the shipping provider as regulated by Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO only if it is necessary to deliver the order. Depending on the payment provider you choose, we provide the payment provider with information required to process the payment. In many cases, the payment provider will acquire the required data directly from you when you open an account there. In this case, you will have to log into your payment provider’s account directly during the check-out process. The data protection and privacy policies as well as terms and conditions of the payment provider are relevant in this case.

Data transfer to shipping provider
According to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO, if you have explicitly given permission to us during the order process or after your order, we will give our shipping provider your email address and telephone number, so that he can inform you about the delivery timing, tracking information or to contact you to clarify the delivery.

You may withdraw your permission at any time by contacting us or by message directly to the shipping provider. The contact information of our shipping fulfillment companies is below. After you have notified us about your withdrawal of permission, the related data will be deleted – unless you have explicitly agreed to a continued use of your data beyond this point in a matter that is compliant with current law and which we have informed you about in this document.

4. E-Mail-Newsletter

Email Advertising through Newsletter sign-up
If you sign-up to our newsletter, we will use the required or your voluntarily submitted data to provide an email newsletter to you in line with your agreement as given according to Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

You may cancel the newsletter at any time either by notifying us or by clicking on the appropriate link directly in each newsletter email. After cancellation we will delete your email address and any related data unless you have explicitly agreed to a continued use of your data beyond this point in a matter that is compliant with current law and which we have informed you about in this document.

We are using so called Cookies on certain webpages in order to make our offer attractive as well as allow for key functions within the shop process as well as presenting fitting products or market analysis. This is in line with Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO where after careful consideration of interests we have the predominant rightful interest to secure an optimize presentation of our offer.

Cookies are small text files that are being saved to your device automatically. Some of our cookies will be deleted at the end of each browser session (when closing the browser, session Cookies). 6. Contact Options and your rights

As concerned party you have the following rights:

  • According to Art. 15 DSGVO in the extent stated there the right to request information about your personal data that is collected and processed by us.
  • According to Art. 16 DSGVO you have the right to request the immediate correction of incorrect or completion of incomplete personal data that is stored by us.
  • According to Art. 17 DSGVO you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that is stored by us, unless the continued data processing is required:
    - to guarantee the right of freedom of expression and information;
    - to comply with a legally binding obligation;
    - in cases of public interest, or
    - to bring about, execute or defend against legal claims
  • According to Art. 18 DSGVO you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, if
    - the correctness of the data is disputed by you;
    - the processing is illegitimate and you decline the deletion of the data;
    - we no longer require the data, but you need them to bring about, execute or defend against legal claims or
    - you have entered an objection to the processing according to Art. 21 DSGVO;
  • According to Art. 20 DSGVO you have the right to receive your personal data that you have submitted to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of your data to another responsible person.;
  • According to Art. 77 DSGVO you have the right to file a complaint with a regulatory body. Usually, you may direct your complaint to the regulatory body of your residency or place of work or our residence.


Please contact us for all questions regarding data collection, processing or use of your personal data as well as to request information, correction, restriction of deletion of data or to withdraw your previously given permissions to a certain data processing. Right of objection
In case we process data where after careful consideration of interests we have the predominant rightful interest to process personal data as described above, you may object to this processing for future cases. If the data processing is conducted for purposes of direct marketing, you may exercise this right as described anytime. In case the data processing is used for other purposes, your right of objection needs to be based on reasons grounded in your special situation.

After you have exercised your right of objection, we will no longer use your personal data for the objected purpose, unless we can provide you with binding reasons for the data processing worthy of protection, that supersede your interests, rights, and freedoms or if the data processing is used to bring about, execute or defend against legal claims.

In any case, if we should be using your data for direct marketing purposes, we will stop using your personal data immediately once you object.
